A mild and versatile chilli jam that we use for everything! This one evolved from the classic chilli jam that Callum has made every Christmas for the last 5 years. We use it in everything from chicken teriyaki and stir frys, to cheese sandwiches, it’s a real winner!

This chutney is made from roasted red peppers, vine tomatoes and smoky chipotle chilli’s. Callum’s favourite condiment is BBQ sauce, he has it with everything, so it takes a lot to replace it! Bad Boss has definitely taken its place, we haven’t bought BBQ sauce for months!
